With stories of farmers having to pull down their orchards and growing different crops due to low prices paid for their produce thoughts are turned towards whether they could actually be paid a fairer price by the big supermarkets
COUNCIL SCHEMES IN MANSFIED NOMINATED FOR AWARD
We all like to moan about our local councils and what they haven’t done but we should also give praise where it is due and Mansfield council are being recognised for their schemes to tackle food poverty. Congratulations to all responsible.
